Ghost Racer: Route Rematch Terms

Using Ghost Racer

Ghost Racer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal fitness and entertainment. You are responsible for choosing safe routes, observing traffic and local rules, and remaining aware of your surroundings.

Fitness, GPS, and safety

Ghost Racer is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. GPS, distance, pace, map, and ghost-position information can be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for emergency navigation, medical decisions, or personal safety. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional help if you feel unwell.

Purchases and subscriptions

Digital voices and subscriptions are sold by the store from which you install or purchase the app. Prices, taxes, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and transaction records are controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play under that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the originating store before renewal. Canceling normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period; refund eligibility is a separate store decision.

Content and ownership

The app, branding, voice content, designs, and software are owned by the developer or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the service, misuse purchase systems, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.

Accounts and availability

An account is optional for core running features and is used to associate eligible purchases across installs or supported platforms. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Deleting a Ghost Racer account does not cancel a store subscription, create a refund, or erase transaction records controlled by Apple or Google.

Disclaimer and limitation

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate GPS, maps, pace, audio, or purchase status. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Store terms

Your use is also subject to the terms of the store that distributed the app, including Apple’s Standard EULA where applicable and Google Play’s Terms of Service where applicable.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the app, law, or services change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Questions may be sent to support.ghostracer.routerematch@proton.me.
